The CAS RW-X200 Heavy Duty Portable Axle Weigher is available in four (4) standard platform sizes along with custom sizes to meet new and existing retrofit and replacement installations.

The CAS RW-X200 Series Heavy Duty Portable Axle Weigher is a versatile, self contained, pit-type, or above ground steed deck axle scale that is built to last. Its heavy duty, open bottom I-beam construction consists of wide flange structural I-beams and a a 1/2 inch deck plate... The thickest decking of any axle scale sold today! Superior structural support is provided by equally distributing vehicle weight over the entire scale surface, insuring less down-time and longer scale life.

Scale Features
• 6 in Low profile design insures easy access on and off ramp & platform.
• Rigidly mounted, IP67 rated, double ended shear beam load cells with 150% full scale overload capacity provides accurate weight without the need for moving suspension parts that require maintenance or load cell feet that can break or bend.
• Easy access, side mounted stainless steel junction boxes protect wire terminations and all interconnect cables including military grade connectors
• Completely detachable ramps include a fully plated base to help stabilize and fortify minimal soil bearing support. Ramp lag down tags enable the portable CAS RW-X200 to be installed in varying applications and site conditions.
• To insure installation ease, platforms can be transported and set via fork lift. All platforms and ramps are equipped with lift eye bolt holes.
• Quality Finish: All platform steel is shot blast cleaned to SSPC-SP6 specifications prior to painting with a durable two-component polyamide epoxy paint system.
