PT industrial platform scales offer durability, quality construction and ease of use for weighing oversized or heavy objects on warehouse floors.
The PT features a large, steel base with a 5mm chequer plate surface, adjustable levelling feet and cable. Optional ramps facilitate loading and unloading heavy objects.
The AE 403 indicator includes checkweighing, parts counting and percentage weighing which allows operators to perform a wide range of inventory control tasks in warehouse environments.
The AE403 indicator is a stainless steel indicator that has a range of features
for many different weighing applications. Whether these indicators are used outdoors, on a loading dock or in a warehouse or industrial buildings the stainless steel housing is sealed for IP67 wash down environments and the quality construction is built tough to handle even the most demanding tasks. The sleek compact design comes complete with the wall mount bracket and hardware to place it where you want it. A built-in rechargeable battery with low battery indicator, check weighing limit LED, an easy-to-use keypad with highlighted tare key and a large backlit display complete the AE403 indicator.

Other Adam Equipment PT Floor Scales with AE-403 Indicator
Simple-to-use features combined with quick set-up makes for a truly versatile printer. A single positive push-button feed key and three easy-to-read LED indicators make operation simple.
Made from mild steel, the 15.1 in wide ramp is an ideal companion for the PT-15R platform scales. Use multiple ramps for loading and unloading items from any direction, or just install a single ramp. Either way, the ramp accessory makes working with the PT platform scales simple. The ramp securely connects to the PT for safe operation.
The Male to Female RS-232 interface cable is used to connect the balance or weighing scale to other devices such as the ATP Thermal Printer or simply to a computer. Data collection is streamlined and you no longer have to input the readings manually
To stabilize a freestanding indicator that is separated from a scale, attach it to the indicator stand for reliable support. Sturdy aluminum construction is also lightweight, so the stand is easy to transport.
(Indicators are not included with the stand.)
The AE relay box is an add-on for the ABK, AFK, and the AE 403 Indicator. When installed, it allows the checkweighing limits to trigger a voltage relay. Once the trigger is set, the relay box will open or close a switch. This allows the scales to drive other items such as a motor for filling, or lights to signal the users. The relay box includes input for power to help drive the relays. The light tower has 3 colors to let you know if your weight is over, under or within preset limits at a glance.
The RS-232 interface cable is used to connect the balance or weighing scale to other devices such as the ATP Thermal Printer or simply to a computer. Data collection and transmission is streamlined and you no longer have to input the readings manually.
The AIP is a compact, high-speed dot matrix printer that is both versatile and sturdy. Simple to use, AIP operates with only an on/off switch and a paper feed button. For efficient communication, the printer connects with any scale or balance having RS-232 or USB interface, and automatically detects the devices settings. AIP is powered by adapter or rechargeable battery, so it works even when electricity is unavailable. AIPs supports a variety of languages, and its software is compatible with Windows operating systems.

The Calibration Certificate can only be ordered with the Scale.
It provides information about the machines performance and accuracy.
Generally, its a requirement of any company with ISO Quality systems in place where a record of the scales calibration needs to be kept by the user.
Please note: Adam Equipment can not issue calibration certificates to scales previously supplied that did not include a certificate in the order.
These certificates do not make the scale or balance Trade Approved. These certificates are done by Adam Equipment in a Adam Equipment warehouse and may not be valid once shipped to a different location. they also are non-refunable.
