Sartorius Master Pro LA-series balances meet the highest technical weighing requirements, as well as meet your demands for a simple operating design and user-friendliness; ideal for complex applications and for use in quality systems, especially when additional performance features are required.
The Sartorius LA-series balances introduces a new class of professional weighing technology. With their outstanding weighing specifications based on monolithic technology and with their exceptionally large number of standard features and equipment options, they meet nearly any weighing and application requirements in the laboratory.
A complete package of features offers optimal support for complying with the requirements for monitoring and controlling the accuracy of your test equipment in quality systems.
Special features of LA precision balances:
isoCAL - Fully automatic calibration and adjustment function that ensures that calibration and adjustment are performed at regular intervals as required by quality standards. If your procedure requires even more frequent calibration, you can also choose to enter up to 3 specific times at which the balance will self-calibrate and perform adjustment automatically.
ISO/GLP-compliant recording/printing helps you fulfill standards for generating 100% traceable documents and records. The printout can be configured to suit your individual application requirements
Alphanumeric ID Input Capability - either using the keys or a bar code scanner - allows simple identification of a sample or a lot
Secure - You can block access to the balances parameter menu by entering your own password
reproTEST: automatically checks the repeatability at the weighing location using an internal weight
Input capability for user-defined, external calibration/adjustment weights
Simple operation thanks to the new operating design with prompts in plain English for operator guidance
4-line, customizable ID header, e.g., for entering the company address
Backlit, graphic display with variable digit size. All LA balances feature a backlit, high-contrast graphical display. You can individually choose to have weight readouts displayed in black on white or inversely in white on black. This guarantees excellent readability of the weight readouts.
First Class Technology - Highly innovative weigh cells combined with the most advanced electronics and micro-computer technology ensure highly accurate weighing results and the fastest response times. The advantage: you save time and can completely rely on the accuracy of their weighing results anytime, all the time
Flexible Technology Concept - Each LA analytical balance is modular-designed: the display unit and the weigh cell can be set up separately. This gives you added flexibility when it comes to performing special tasks, such as below-balance weighing.
Large Weighing Chamber - The weighing chamber provides ample space, even for extremely tall laboratory vessels, such as graduated cylinders. Moreover, it provides convenient access - from the left, right and from the top - giving you an unobstructed view of your sample from any side. There is also sufficient space next to the weighing pan so that you can condition your sample to the temperature inside the chamber before you weigh it.
Total Ease of Operation - With the LA series balances, youll always have everything in view and under control. Prompts displayed in plain English greatly simplify operation of the balance. They also make it easy for you to select the function you need -- fast, without any guesswork
Built-in application programs: All LA analytical scales features have been designed to enable you to maximize your efficiency: large, clear readouts, display prompts that speak your language, and highly flexible applications, including density determination (up to 999 samples with convenient data management), statistics, density determination of solid, powdery and liquid samples, time controlled functions, calculation (suitable for processes in which you need to calculate the weight result using a factor or use this result in an equation), animal weighing and weighing in an extremely unstable environment, over/under checkweighing, counting (with reference sample updating), net-total formulation, weighing in percentage and more.
Combined Applications - Up to 3 application programs can be combined to meet more complex requirements or to run and quickly toggle among 3 unrelated applications
Special features of the LA analytical balances (in addition to the features listed for the LA precision balances)
LA models feature monolithic weighing system technology, which provides for especially stable weighing results and extremely fast weighs
The draft shield is generously proportioned to allow optimal access to the weighing pan
