Expansive 250 Product ID Database
Store, recall, and weigh with the 2200CW built-in database! This internal database will store up to 250 Checkweigh Tolerances, Tare Weights, Accumulation and Counter totals and a description field by a six digit Product ID. Recalling a product from the database is as simple as pressing the PROD button and entering the product ID.
Adding new products or maintaining existing products are quickly accomplished through the keypad or by using Doran’s innovative CheckWay Windows? compatible software. The data is password protected to ensure that your products are checkweighed properly every time.
Handwritten production records to track weighments or accumulated weight are a thing of the past with the 2200CW. The counter memory stores the number of weighments. Recalling the accumulated weight at the end of a pallet load of product or the end of the shift is as simple as pushing a button.
Versatile Communication Options
Connect with any device or computer using the two standard RS-232 ports, or with the optional Wired Ethernet, Wireless Ethernet, Modbus/TCP, USB, 4-20mA, RS-485 or Fiber Optic. Communicate with flexible and user definable data strings to include standard scale information, product ID, and product description. This allows for an easy interface with barcode printers, data collection systems or other remote devices.
Powerful Control Options
Control your process with eight standard setpoint outputs and two setpoint inputs. The optional relays can be mounted inside the enclosure to provide a turnkey, washdown and compact solution. Use board level outputs and relays to control lights, valves, or any other process control based upon scale weight or checkweigh status.

2200CW Series Checkweigher Bench Scale
The 2200CW Series Bench Scale is an advanced high-performance checkweigher that combines a 2200CW advanced weighing indicator with a rugged Doran scale base and shown with optional column. The system features stainless steel construction and washdown protection ? with components that are Built in the USA.
A large selection of base sizes and capacities, battery power option, scanners, and communications and networking equipment, and other accessories make this versatile indicator a smart choice for a range of weighing applications.
Three and five band checkweighing guides the operator to accurately hit product targets quickly. Manufacturers can realize ingredient savings, improve quality control, achieve greater accountability, and support traceability goals
Key performance features include:
800 Product Memory: Quickly recall products from the scale database. Product memory includes checkweigh limits, unit of measure, accumulator and counter values, tare, two data fields, checkweigh operation, and output configuration.
Doran QC Weigh software available: Configure the 2200CW to follow QC processes, collect data and provide reporting on product weights and accuracy. Record unique operator IDs, scheduled sample intervals with alarms, and data collection to confirm quality control tasks.
Doran Production Sentry software available: Control groups of scales to set the product to be checkweighed, collect data and provide reporting on product weights and accuracy, record operators and determine efficiency by line and operator.
Scale Bases: 304 stainless steel construction with a Quad-Spring shock-absorbing base design that provides 1000% overload protection in scale bases from 8" x 8" to 15" x 15", and provides 300% overload protection in bases 18" x 18" and larger. Doran meets the demand for precision measurements of 0.1 g to multiple load cell applications up to 100,000 lb.
Multiple power options: 100-240 AC, 50/60Hz line power standard for permanent installation, a high-performance internal rechargeable battery option or 6-12 VDC input.
