The OHAUS
Trooper Count TC-P Standard Counting Scale package is the ideal solution for counting and advanced
applications such as inventory control and storehouse systems. The TC-P package includes everything
you need to operate out-of-the-box. Just connect the cables, power it up, weigh and print!
The TC-P
package consists of the Trooper Count scale and a high-speed thermal printer. The Trooper Count
features average piece weight enhancement with 300 memory locations for up to 60 SKU items,
easy-to-read backlit displays, and positive and negative sampling and counting for a full range of
industrial uses.
Standard Features Include:
- 1:3,000 NTEP weighing resolution; up to 1:6,000 to 1:7,500 external displayed weighing resolution (non-NTEP)
- Three-window backlit LCD displays for Weight, Average Piece Weight and Parts Count
- Counting Auto-Add and Auto-Optimization software to increase sampling accuracy
- Numeric keypad with dedicated tare and counting function keys
- Positive and negative sampling; and positive and negative counting modes
- 60 SKU memory files for part numbers, tare weights, average piece weights, accumulations and hi/lo points
- Multiple weighing units: lb, oz, kg or g
- Hi/lo check-count and checkweighing mode, and accumulation of weight and pieces
- High speed thermal printer with easy paper loading, paper near-end detection and RS232 cable
Counting Features
Positive and Negative sampling, with user input of sample
size or default sample size of 10; positive and negative counting; manual or pre-set tares; selectable
memory mode for single part file operation; auto-optimization of average piece weight; auto-add to
ensure sample weight accuracy; 60 part files with input for 12-digit part number, average piece
weight, tare weight, over / under values and count accumulation; programmable over/under limits with
audible beep and LCD indication.
