The PT-20 Axle Weigher CPU is Designed to Interface with Intercomp’s Complete Line of Wheel Load and Axle Scales.  This central processing unit can be connected to multiple scales for vehicle and truck weighing applications. 

The PT-20 is another Intercomp product developed to meet the increasing demand for mobile and highly efficient operations within the transportation industry. No longer does the operator need to tally individual wheel weights and manually compute total vehicle weight. This portable, battery operated unit automatically executes the entire task. 

The PT-20’s self-prompting software simultaneously displays up to five axle weights and total weight on a large 4-line by 20-character LCD screen.  Obtaining a hard-copy of the information is simple via the on-board printer which prints the location, date and time for each vehicle that has been weighed.

The PT-20 is designed to accommodate Intercomp’s PT300, PT300DW and LP600 series wheel load scales, along with Intercomp’s AX900 series axle scales. In addition, its high tech digital design enables communication with any wheel load or axle scale, anywhere, at any time. It will even interface with a notebook computer to directly transmit all stored data.

The PT-20 includes additional features such as screen contrast adjustability, a backlight for night usage, AC or DC power source and simultaneous zeroing of all platforms. These and several other useful features are available via the 7-layer membrane keypad. The weatherproof case enables use in virtually any environment and the central processor, cables, power supply and manual are packed for easy transport to weigh at the most remote locations.  Most importantly, the PT-20 Axle Weigher CPU is designed and field-proven by Intercomp Company, the leading authority in portable vehicle and truck weighing.
